Open Accessible Transport proudly serves the San Francisco Bay Area, including the cities of San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, as well as San Mateo County, Santa Clara County, and beyond. We also offer long-distance Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) upon request. Our mission is to provide reliable, accessible NEMT services to individuals in need of ambulatory and wheelchair transportation.

Availability
We are here to provide 24/7 transportation services in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our regular business hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Additionally, we offer both scheduled and unscheduled after-hour transport services to accommodate any urgent needs.

Need to pick up a prescription but can’t get to the pharmacy? OA Trans can arrange to have your medications delivered to you, helping you stay on track with your medication schedule and your health!
